At VelaBand, we are committed to offering quality products and a pleasant shopping experience.
All sales are final. For hygiene reasons, VelaBand bottles cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been delivered.
However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To process your request, please provide us with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- One or more photos of the product concerned
After analyzing the situation, if the request is approved, we will proceed with a free exchange of the product concerned.
